text-indent: 2em\"\u003e金一南：以色列想打击伊朗，这是以色列的夙愿。但是以色列知道，仅凭自身力量还不足以达到其想要达到的打击效果，所以他一定要把美国拉进来。\u003c!--AIPOS_1--\u003e美国此前对再次打击伊朗持犹豫态度，但是2026年年初以来，美国的态度突然变得强硬起来，这主要基于两点原因：第一，美国在\u003c!--SECURE_LINK_BEGIN_1--\u003e委内瑞拉\u003c!--SECURE_LINK_END_1--\u003e“得手”了。特朗普认为突袭委内瑞拉的行动展示了美国强大的军事能力，所以在抓捕马杜罗之后，美国政府呈现出战略性膨胀，导致他们也想对伊朗动手。第二，前一段时间伊朗国内出现了乱局，伊朗方面说是以色列和美国策动的，至于是不是这样，还有待调查证实，但不可否认的是，伊朗因长期被封锁制裁经济陷入困境，也是导致伊朗国内出现骚乱的一个因素。眼看着伊朗国内呈现出混乱局面，美国和以色列自认为找到了对伊朗动武的良机。\u003c!--MID_AD_2--\u003e\u003c!--EOP_2--\u003e\u003c/p\u003e\u003c!--PARAGRAPH_2--\u003e\n\u003cp style=\"text-align: justify; text-indent: 2em\"\u003e金一南：美国去年底发布了新版的《国家安全战略》报告，明确表示美国要将西半球作为其战略优先级，所以美国在2026年1月对委内瑞拉采取了军事行动，随后又对古巴、哥伦比亚发出威胁。我个人认为，美国近期想对伊朗动武，更多的是基于委内瑞拉事件成功之后，不断膨胀的欲望。但是总体来说，在伊朗采取大规模军事行动，并不符合美国当前主要的战略方向和总体收缩的战略态势。\u003c/p\u003e\n\u003cp style=\"text-align: justify; text-indent: 2em\"\u003e金一南：\u003c!--AIPOS_3--\u003e毁灭伊朗，尤其是颠覆伊朗政教合一的政权，是以色列始终不会放弃的一个目标。不论未来能不能拿下德黑兰，能不能抓捕伊朗的领导人，或是陷入大规模的地面战争，以色列希望美国卷进来的想法绝不会改变。但问题是以色列并不是“决策者”，他当不了美国的家，也做不了美国的主。美国做任何事首先考虑的不是以色列的利益，而是美国的利益。打击伊朗，美国势必要付出应有的代价，所以美国会权衡利弊，决定到底打不打。所以不要以为，以色列在美国政坛有多大的游说力及影响力，它就能影响美国政府的决定。特朗普私下也讲过几次，不要让以色列插手美国政坛太深等等。从这里面可以看出，以色列在大国格局和政治博弈中可能只是一个小“推手”而已，它并没有自以为的那么了不起，甚至是中东地区的主人，以色列也远远没有到那一步。\u003c!--MID_AD_4--\u003e\u003c!--EOP_4--\u003e\u003c/p\u003e\u003c!--PARAGRAPH_4--\u003e\n\u003cp style=\"text-align: center;
